Older homes are a great joy but can also have many issues not found in homes built today. William focuses on bringing a well rounded perspective to homeowners of both old and new homes by developing educational brochures about historical millwork. His interest in this area recently led him to lecture on millwork and finish carpentry in the early 20th century.
