Flat cut old growth Douglas Fir
Logs were cut in the Pacific Northwest and floated to San Diego to be milled into lumber and millwork. Most commonly used wood for framing, moldings, millwork, doors and flooring.

Red Gum/Sweet Gum
From the southeastern United States and Caribbean, the lumber is shipped to San Diego by rail or ship. Used for moldings and millwork in formal areas.

Rift/Quarter Sawn White Oak
From the eastern United States, the lumber is shipped to San Diego by rail. Used for entry doors, flooring and cabinetwork.

Old Growth Redwood
The lumber is brought by ship from Northern California and millwork was produced in San Diego. Used for interior/exterior moldings and millwork.

Philippine Mahogany
The lumber was brought by ship from the South Pacific. Used for moldings, doors and millwork mostly in Spanish style homes.

Birch
The lumber was brought by rail from the Great Lakes Region. Used for moldings and millwork in formal areas.
